About Me
My name is Ashley Day. I’m a Graphic Designer with 6 years in both print and digital design. In my free time, I work on my art, and teach Women’s Ultimate Frisbee in the Dayton area. My passion for design began back when I was in grade school; during class I was constantly doodling in my sketchbooks.
That early curiosity of mine grew into what I hope to be a lifelong career. Currently, I work for Sinclair Community College, where I design recruitment and advertising materials for the Dayton, Mason, and Centerville campuses.
My current role in Graphic Design includes creating both print, and digital content. I also lead training sessions for faculty and staff on how to effectively use our brand kit and editable templates through Canva. I’ve helped design and create a majority of these assets available all across our campuses. I also am experienced with working for Dayton Realtors; and I’ve created branded materials for their infographics, auctions, rallies, and speaker events.
The journey only stops when I stop. And whether it’s developing new pieces for my Etsy shop or refining my personal design projects, I only want to keep learning and growing as a designer.
